AP Automation
In a number of steps it is possible to ask a colleague for advice. Open the relevant invoice and click Edit.
1. Fill in the header field Advisor, select another AP Automation user. It is possible to choose multiple advisors.
2. Complete the Comment field under Audit. This is a free text field to fill in a question for a colleague, for example.
3. Select the workflow option Advise and click Process.
If advice is requested, the invoice will be sent to the Advisor. This person picks up the invoice, provides an answer via the comment field and sends the invoice back.
If advice is needed from someone who is not an AP Automation user, it is possible to make use of the Forwarding Invoices function.
