When clicking an invoice from the invoice overview, it opens in Read mode. In order to actually process the invoice, it must be claimed, after which the invoice opens in Edit mode.
Invoice overview
In the invoice overview, the use of various icons makes it immediately visible what the user can do with a particular invoice. To claim means that the invoice is in the user's name, other users cannot edit the invoice. Only the Application Owner (or other user with this permission) can overrule the claim on an invoice. The Application Owner can also assign the invoice to another user.
The meaning of the main icons are:
|

|
This invoice can be claimed by the user and one or more other colleagues, whereby the assigned users are overruled. |
