AP Automation
It is possible to add one or more attachments to invoices. Open the relevant invoice and click Edit. Then open the Attachments tab. This tab is next to the Header tab.
Click or drag one or more files into the appropriate frame. The number of attachments is shown with a counter above the Attachments tab when navigating away from the tab.
The attachments can be viewed on the Attachments tab. Attachments can be added both during the processing of the invoice and after the final status of the invoice has been reached. It is possible to delete the attachment via the icon. When an invoice has reached its final status, the attachments added during processing can no longer be removed. Attachments added after reaching the final status can however be deleted.
Adding attachments in read mode
A user who only has read rights to an invoice can add attachments.
- When the user has added the attachment(s), an Audit message is automatically created for this invoice.
- When another user opens the invoice, a message will be displayed stating that a file is currently being uploaded for this invoice. It is not possible to edit the invoice at that time.
- When the upload is complete, a message is displayed and the page can be refreshed, the invoice can be edited and the files can be viewed.
