Open the concerning invoice and click on the Email icon.
An accompanying message can be created via the pop-up. When it concerns an email to be sent externally the e-mail addresses of the recipients can be entered directly. It is also possible to select one or more users via the search function . After entering the subject and content, it is possible to choose and send the invoice itself and add attachments if needed.
The Audit shows that an email has been sent, and the sent email can be viewed.
