Alternative organization names can be added in this overview. By default, the name of your VendorLink environment (shown in the top right of the menu bar) is used in the E-Signing process. This name is also visible on the E-Signing certificate.

Sometimes it is desirable that a different organization name is used for an E-Signing request. Add the desired name here, then you can choose it as an alternative name later when sending a new E-Signing request. You do this in the 'Edit' pop-up of an E-Signing request and can also be adjusted after sending the request.
