The contract procedures indicate in VendorLink the procedure according to which the contract was concluded and whether re-contracting is required.
VendorLink links a number of functionalities to these procedures:
- Earlier contract end notifications for longer procedures.
When setting a period, the notification is sent x number of weeks / months earlier than the set default notification date.
When a complex procedure is required for re-contracting, a long renewal period can be set, which means that Contract Notifications are activated earlier.
- Legality analysis in combination with Spend Management.
