When you use the 'Admin - Import Category Supplier Spend' import process, you need to upload a file containing the category ID's and vendor/supplier ID's to determine which links to create in the Spend module. For this you use the template that you can download in step 2 of the import process.
All columns from the import template are explained below. If the import file does not meet these requirements, the import will fail.
Categories and suppliers in the same line in the uploaded template will be linked together. You will see this in Spend and in Admin > Spend settings > Data bundling > Connect commodities.
