In the 'Details' tab under a supplier, all kinds of information about shown to the supplier. Each term is explained in the table below.

| Name | The name of the supplier. |
| Reference | The supplier's reference number. |
| Part of | The possible corporate of this supplier. |
| Address | The street name of the supplier's address. |
| Number | The registered house number |
| Addition | Any addition to the house number. |
| Postal code | The registered zip code. |
| Place | The registered place name. |
| State | The state, if any (for example, Florida, Idaho). |
| Country | The registered country. |
| Postal address street | The street of the postal address. |
| Postal address number | The house number of the postal address. |
| Postal address zip code | The postal code of the postal address. |
| Postal address city | The city name of the postal address. |
| Postal address is | The state of the mailing address (for example, Florida, Idaho), if applicable. |
| Postal address country | The country of the postal address. |
| Phone | The supplier's phone number. |
| Order email | The email address for communication regarding orders. |
| General Email | The email address for general issues. |
| THIN number | The supplier's DUNS number. |
| IBAN number | The supplier's IBAN number. |
| Chamber of Commerce | The Chamber of Commerce number of the supplier. |
| SWIFT CODE | The supplier's SWIFT code. |
| VAT | The VAT number of the supplier. |
| Place of registration | The place where the supplier is registered. |
| Audit valid until | If the supplier is part of an audit, the latest validity date of the audit is stated here. |
| Comments | Any completed comments with this supplier. |
