Visibility fields

This feature allows you to edit standard fields below Vendors > Vendors > Select vendor > Details to hide. The data in these fields will not be lost, they will only be hidden for all users in the area. You can also indicate whether a field should be mandatory. The field must then be filled in when adding a vendor and cannot be emptied afterwards.

Supplier free fields

In this overview you can see all information regarding the currently available free fields for suppliers. Vendor free fields, such as the name as suggests, fields that are freely definable.
These fields are added to new and existing suppliers, under Vendors > Suppliers > Select supplier > Details. 

Visibility fields

This is the order of the supplier detail fields. These fields are shown in the 'Details' tab, when you click on a contract in Vendors > Suppliers. Drag the fields to the desired position, changes are saved automatically.

If a list of fields is not yet visible, click on 'Create fields'.
