Complaint score

Here you add scores that can be assigned in the event of a complaint. You also link a corresponding name for each score.

Email Templates

You can use email templates when sending an 8D report. In the 'Communication' tab in an 8D report, you have the option to choose one of the preset email templates. The content of the email template will then be used in the audit as an invitation email. You can still change this on the spot.

Tip: enter the same message in the different languages of your vendors so that you can easily select the right language for each vendor.
