Base year for compliance threshold

From this year, the forecast is displayed in Spend.
If you enter -2 here, 4 at 'Predicting the number of years', you will see information from 2016 to 2019 (assuming the current year is 2018).

This determines number of years that VendorLink will predict. If you enter 4 here, for example, the next 4 years will always be predicted. The outcome of this setting is visible under Spend > Policy compliance > Forecast per vendor.
