Windows

Use the keyboard shortcut [Win+SHIFT+S] or locate the key with the text 'PrtSc' on your keyboard and press it.

Depending on the method used, there may be no visible indication, but a screenshot will have been taken in the background.

While creating or updating a ticket, the image can be pasted using CTRL+V.
Mac
- Find the following keys on your keyboard: command, shift and 3.
- Take a screenshot by pressing this key combination once.
- Your new screenshot has been placed on your Mac's Desktop. Add this file as an attachment to your new ticket or e-mail.
