The ISPnext Help Centre is divided into several categories. Most categories belong to a specific application, such as AP Automation, Procurement, Vendor & Contract Management, or Spend Analytics.
Searching across the entire Help Centre
At the top of the Help Centre, you will find a general search bar. This search bar searches all articles across all categories.
Please note:
- Search results may include articles that are not related to the application you have a question about.
- For example, if you search for "logging in", you may get results about logging in to the Help Centre itself, the Supplier Portal, or a specific application such as AP Automation.
- The AI summary accompanying your search may therefore also display information about a different application than the one you have a question about.
Searching within a single category
If you want to search only within the application you have a question about, follow these steps:
- Go to the category that belongs to your application. For example, if you have a login issue in AP Automation, go to the AP Automation category.
- Then enter your search query, for example "logging in".
The search engine will now only search the articles within that category. This way, you get a focused answer about logging in to AP Automation, without results about logging in to other applications.
Advice
If you have a specific question about one application, first search within the correct category. This prevents confusing or irrelevant results.
