In the "Requests" overview, you can decide which columns you want to see and how you want to sort them. This article explains step by step how that works.
Step 1: Go to Requests
At the top right of the Help Centre, you will see your name with a downward arrow next to it. Click on this. A menu will open with two options:
- Requests
- Log out
Click on "Requests" to go to the overview of your tickets.
Step 2: View the overview
You will now see an overview of all your tickets. By default, this overview shows, among others, the following columns:
- Subject (subject of the ticket)
- Id (the ticket number, for example
#100245) - Creation date
- Date updated
- Status (for example "Open")
- Requester
- Severity
- Urgency
- Impact
A row in the overview might look like this:
| Subject | Id | Creation date | Status | Requester | Severity |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example ticket | #100245 | 1 Aug 2026 | Open | Alex Weber | 3 (Low) |
Most column titles have two small arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down. Click on these arrows to sort the column, for example by date or status.
Step 3: Open the column settings
On the right side of the overview, near the columns, there is a button with three dots vertically aligned. Click this button to open the column settings.
Step 4: Show or hide columns
A window titled "Show and hide columns" will open. Here you will see a long list of all available columns. Tick a column to add it to your overview. Untick a column to hide it.
A limited number of examples from this list:
- Type
- Priority
- Project
- Test result
- Approval status
This is a small part of the full list. There are many more columns available to select.
Note
Some of these columns are intended for internal use and are usually not relevant to you as a customer.
