Criteria groups
A criteria group contains a set of criteria that determines which documents a route or reader applies to. Criteria groups are reused in both advanced routes and readers.
Overview
The overview shows the following for each criteria group: Active, Code and Description.
Detail page
The detail page contains two tabs: Criteria group and Audit.
The Criteria group tab contains the following basic fields:

| Code | Unique identification code (required). |
| Description | Description of the criteria group (required). |
| Active | Checkbox to enable or disable the criteria group. |
Below these fields, there is a section for each criteria type. Each section has an Add button to add a criterion and a Delete button for each criterion. The fields in a section differ per criteria type. Which criteria types are available depends on what is enabled in the advanced routing configuration.
Which values are available for Difference type, Routing type and Document type is determined by the advanced routing configuration. If a value has been disabled in the configuration after a criteria group was created, the criteria group cannot be saved or activated as long as that value is still included. Remove the disabled value to be able to save the criteria group again.
The fields per criteria type are:

Explanation of the fields:
| Field | Description |

| Value option | Indicates how the value is compared: VALUE, RANGE or STARTS_WITH. With VALUE, the value is selected from a list. With RANGE, the fields Range from and Range to are filled in as free text, and with STARTS_WITH the field Starts with (required). |
| Company | Selection list of all available companies. The field is required for value option VALUE. |
| Technical name | Only for Custom field. Selection list of the available custom fields. The remaining fields depend on the selected custom field (required). |
| Dimension | The dimension type, e.g. CostCenter (required). |
| Values | The value(s) of the criterion (required). The list shows the available values. For criteria types with a value option, this field is only visible for VALUE. For Buyer, Planner, Receiver, Requester and Reviewers, users are selected. For Indexation, Active or Inactive is selected, and for Difference type Quantity deviation or Price deviation. |
| Range from / Range to | Only visible for value option RANGE. Both fields are filled in as free text. |
| Starts with | Only visible for value option STARTS_WITH. Free text. |
| Type | Indicates whether the criterion applies at header or line level: Irrelevant, Header fields or Line fields. |
