Access and permissions

The renewed advanced routes can be accessed via the gear icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar:

The following permissions apply to viewing and editing the components:

Landing page and navigation

After navigating to the advanced routes, a landing page with five tiles appears. Each tile leads to a component of the functionality.

The five components are:

Advanced routes - the main overview of all configured routes.
Readers - linking a criteria group to a reader group.
Reader group - groups of users with read access.
Approval groups - groups of approvers with limits and order.
Criteria group - sets of criteria that determine when a route or reader applies.

After opening a component, a navigation bar appears at the top of the page, allowing you to quickly switch between the five components. The active component is highlighted in pink.

Tip: The recommended order for setting up routes is: first create a Criteria group, then Approval groups and Reader group, followed by Readers and finally the Advanced routes themselves.
