Contract Management nextAI - Terms analysis now possible at document and entity level
Terms used for the nextAI terms analysis can now be linked to document types and entities, allowing a clear distinction to be made as to which terms apply to the document you want to analyse.

Procurement Value Management - custom fields in reporting table
The custom fields previously added to events are now also available as columns in the overall reporting table of Procurement Value Management. The columns are hidden by default and can be enabled via the column chooser.
This adjustment makes it possible to use customised field information in reports as well, providing a more complete and better customisable reporting experience.
Procurement Value Management - creation date and ID of events
Events in Procurement Value Management are now provided with a creation date. Additionally, an event already had an ID number in the background. Both are now available as optional columns in the event overview and in the overall reporting table. Only the date (not the full timestamp) is shown.
This adjustment enables better tracking and sorting of events by creation time, providing insight into the registration progress within the team.
Procurement Value Management - sorting and archiving of impact types
The order of impact types in the settings can now be adjusted via drag-and-drop, and this order is also maintained in the selection list when registering results. Furthermore, it is now possible to archive an impact type when deletion is not possible. Archived impact types are no longer available when creating new results; existing registrations remain unchanged.
This adjustment gives administrators more control over the display and management of impact types, keeping the selection list clear.
Budget Management - import template extended with budget owner
The import template for budget details now contains a column for the budget owner. Via this column, one or more users can be linked as owners directly when importing budget data, separated by a pipe character. The username acts as a unique identifier.
This adjustment makes it possible to import budget owners directly instead of linking them manually afterwards, significantly simplifying the management of large budget overviews.
Budget Management - creating and editing budgets on a dedicated page
Creating and editing budgets now takes place via a dedicated page instead of a pop-over window. The page offers more space for the multi-step wizard and provides a calmer page layout.
This adjustment improves the user experience when managing complex budgets with multiple steps and dimension links.

Admin - import process for the product table
An import function is available in the admin module for the product table under Supplier Settings. Products can be created or updated in bulk using an import template based on the external product ID. Existing records are overwritten. Clear error information is displayed in case of import errors. Additionally, an export button has been added and the supplier reference number is available as a separate column in the overview.
This adjustment makes managing large product catalogues significantly more efficient by enabling bulk processing instead of manual entry per product.
Vendors API - setting default bank account
It is now possible via the Vendors API to set a default bank account per supplier. When submitting bank accounts, each account can be marked as the default via a boolean field. If multiple accounts are marked as default, the system returns an error. The default setting is also available in the API's GET function.
This adjustment allows management of the supplier's default bank account via the API, improving integration with external systems.

nextAI - Contract AI - apply T&C analysis per document type and company
Administrators can now create and manage document types in the settings of the T&C analysis (terms analysis) via a new tab "Document type". When recording a term in the management table, it can be specified to which document types and internal companies the term is linked. These links are also visible as columns in the overview and are included in the selection list when starting an analysis.
This adjustment enables more detailed management of contract terms and ensures that the correct terms are always applied during a T&C analysis based on the document type and the involved legal entity.
When starting a T&C analysis via nextAI, it is now possible to filter by document type (such as NDA or DPA) and by internal entity. The system then shows only the terms linked to the selected filters. If no filters are selected, all active terms are included in the analysis.
This adjustment provides more accurate and targeted contract analyses, especially for organisations working with multiple types of agreements or multiple legal entities.

Sending rejected invoices to Routty (French regulation)
When an invoice is rejected in ISPnext, this is now automatically communicated to Routty via a lifecycle event in the mandatory CDAR format. The lifecycle event contains the rejection status, a type code, the last comment as an explanation, and a timestamp. The sending status can be found in the invoice's audit log. In case of a failed send, an automatic retry is performed.
This adjustment ensures compliance with French e-invoicing obligations where invoice rejections must be reported externally.

Accrual reporting extended with invoices without invoice lines
The accrual reporting can now be extended with invoices that do not yet contain invoice lines. Via a setting per closing period, it can be indicated whether such invoices are included. For invoices without lines, the data is shown at header level. In the report, these invoices are recognisable as such.
This adjustment provides a more complete financial picture during month-end closing by including invoices without detailed line information in the accrual calculation.
nextAI - feedback visible regardless of PDF display setting
The nextAI feedback during invoice processing is now correctly displayed, even when the 'PDF on second monitor' setting is enabled. Previously, the feedback section remained empty in that situation.
This adjustment ensures that nextAI information is always available to the user, regardless of screen layout.
Regex validation on order numbers also at line level
During invoice processing via nextAI, regex validation on order numbers was already applied at header level, but not yet at line level. Order numbers at line level that do not comply with the configured validation rules are now also excluded from processing.
This adjustment ensures consistent and correct processing of order numbers at all invoice levels, preventing mismatches in downstream systems.
Improved processing of VAT lines for credit and debit invoices
The processing of VAT lines when importing invoices has been improved. The system now determines based on the invoice type (debit or credit) whether VAT lines are processed as debit or credit. Exceptions where a VAT line differs from the invoice type are processed separately.
This adjustment ensures correct processing of credit and debit invoices with VAT lines, reducing manual corrections during coding.
SAP order data import made more scalable
Processing of order data from SAP now runs via a structured queue where orders are processed in batches. This makes the import processing more stable with large amounts of order data and allows better monitoring of progress.
This adjustment increases the stability of the SAP connection during large order volumes and reduces the chance of processing problems during peak loads.
Automatically determine supplier and email template via sender address
When an invoice is received by email and recognised via AI, the system now first checks whether the sender address matches an email address configured in the supplier settings. If a match is found, the supplier is immediately determined and the corresponding processing template is retrieved and applied, without going through the standard template detection. If there is no match, the process continues as usual.
This adjustment improves recognition accuracy and processing speed of invoices received by email, especially for suppliers with a fixed email sender.

Add catalogues to requester restriction groups
A new optional field is available in requester restriction groups for linking catalogues. Users or roles linked to a restriction group see only the catalogues included in that group in the catalogue view. Users without a restriction group see all catalogues, according to the current behaviour.
This adjustment makes it possible to restrict access to catalogues per user or role, which suits organisations working with multiple supplier or product catalogues per department or role.
Renewed management of requester restriction groups
Management of requester restriction groups has been renewed with a new overview and detail page. The functionality remains the same as the existing method, but the interface aligns with the other new management pages within the platform.
This adjustment provides a more consistent and user-friendly management experience when setting purchasing restrictions.
