Procurement Value Management - Automatic cost avoidance linkage
When a price mutation is registered in Procurement Value Management, a corresponding cost avoidance can now be recorded directly. The system automatically calculates the monetary effect based on the difference between the requested and agreed price change.
Procure to Pay
Order Confirmations
Purchase orders can now be provided with a supplier confirmation directly from the platform. Through a new overview, all order confirmations per purchase order are visible, and per order line the confirmed quantity, price, and delivery date can be recorded and compared with the original order.

New
Procurement Value Management - automatically link cost savings to price mutations
When registering a price mutation, it is now possible to immediately indicate whether a cost avoidance has also been realised. At the end of the input form, an optional section appears with fields for the type of movement, the original value, the agreed value, and the calculated monetary effect. After saving, both the price mutation and the cost avoidance are created as separate results and can be edited individually.
This adjustment reduces duplicate entry in situations where a price negotiation simultaneously leads to a saving, and ensures a more complete and consistent recording of procurement results in the value reporting.
Budget Management - warning when saving outside authorised range
When a budget manager saves a change that causes the budget to fall outside their own authorisation scope (for example by adjusting dimensions), the system displays a confirmation message. The user is informed in advance that after saving the budget will no longer be visible based on the applicable authorisation rules.
This adjustment prevents unintended loss of visibility on budgets by making the user aware of the consequences of a change before it is finally saved.
More reliable last login date for user
The display of the last login date of a user in the user overview and user details has been improved. The date is now retrieved from the most reliable source, ensuring consistent display in both locations.

Issue resolved where deleting a supplier via the Vendors API always returned an error message in the response, even if the deletion was successful. The response is now correct.
Issue resolved where date fields in the new environment accepted negative date values. Date fields now accept only valid dates.
Issue resolved where API error messages for unauthorised requests did not follow the standard error format. Error messages are now returned consistently and correctly.
Issue resolved where modifying an existing URL in the HTML editor was not recognised as a change, so the save action was not triggered. URL changes are now correctly detected and saved.
Issue within PVM resolved where the date notation in the export of the events and budget overview was incorrect: the date was exported including time indication and in an unreadable format. The export now shows only the date in the user format.

New
nextAI - T&C comparison - improved analysis accuracy
The analysis of terms and conditions via nextAI has been improved regarding conclusions. Situations where a found value was assessed as negative while it matched or was more favourable than the standard condition are now correctly assessed as positive or corresponding.
This adjustment increases the reliability of the T&C analysis and reduces the number of incorrect conclusions when comparing contract terms.
Query - contract value management table available
The contract value management table (contract value management) from the contract details is now available in the Query functionality. This makes it possible to combine this table with other tables for creating customised reports.
Workflows V1 - mandatory user visible and editable
In V1 workflows it is now visible which users are set as mandatory in a workflow step. When a user is added to a step before the workflow starts, it can be set whether this user is mandatory. This also applies to workflows in the Supplier Data Portal and information requests.
Task notification deadlines configurable
The default notification deadlines for tasks are now configurable via the admin environment. The set default values are pre-filled when creating new tasks and recurring tasks in all locations where tasks can be created (Vendors, Contracts, Tasks).

New
Import bank accounts - column for default bank account
The import file for bank accounts now contains a column to indicate whether a bank account is the supplier's default account. This aligns with the previously rolled out possibility to set the default bank account via the Vendors API.
Surepay verification button removed from Supplier Portal
The button for Surepay verification of bank account numbers was also visible in the Supplier Portal and Supplier Data Portal, while this functionality is intended for internal use only. The button has been removed from the portals.

Spend & Analytics
New
Analytics - improved navigation with breadcrumb-style page title
In the Analytics subpages (with filter block panels, KPI cards and charts) a breadcrumb-style page title has been added that shows which page the user is on. This is especially useful when the vertical navigation menu is collapsed.
Analytics - improvements to filter block panels, KPI cards and chart selection
Following a review of the initial implementation, various improvements have been made in the Analytics module: the filter block menu, the clickable KPI/big number cards and the chart selection filters have been adjusted for a more consistent and user-friendly operation before being rolled out to all overviews.
Analytics - filter for outstanding invoices available
In the Analytics module, a filter block panel is available for the "Outstanding invoices" page under AP Automation, allowing users to filter the display by relevant criteria.

New
Supplier recognition based on name and address
When processing invoices where the system cannot link a supplier via the VAT number or Chamber of Commerce number, the system now also searches by supplier name and address. When a reliable match is found, the supplier is automatically linked without manual intervention.
This adjustment increases the recognition rate in invoice processing and reduces the number of invoices that must be manually assigned to a supplier.
POST API endpoint for submitting invoices by external systems
External systems can now submit invoices via a new POST API endpoint. The endpoint accepts invoice files and basic metadata, and places the invoice directly in the platform's processing queue. Additionally, the endpoint supports submitting e-invoices in standardised formats.
This adjustment enables automation of invoice submission from external systems without manual upload via the interface.
AP Automation
New
AI disclaimer for employees during invoice processing
Employees processing invoices using nextAI now see a clear disclaimer stating that the displayed data has been generated by AI and must always be checked before confirmation.
This adjustment raises awareness about AI-generated data during invoice processing and aligns with guidelines for responsible use of AI applications.
nextAI - maximum file size for invoice processing
A maximum file size has been set for invoices processed via nextAI. Files that exceed the set limit are no longer offered to the AI processing and the user receives a clear notification.
This adjustment prevents processing errors and timeouts with very large invoice files and ensures more stable processing.
Workflow action for sending email notifications
A new action is available in the workflow configuration that can automatically send an email notification based on a workflow step or event. The action can be configured with an email template and recipient criteria.
This adjustment enables automatic notification of stakeholders about relevant steps in the invoice processing workflow without manual communication.
Company-specific email template for sending purchase orders
When sending a purchase order by email, a company-specific email template can now be set. The template determines the content and layout of the email sent to the supplier when placing an order.
This adjustment allows communication during order placement to be aligned with the corporate identity and language of each company within the organisation.
nextAI Quote Capture - improve quote analysis after processing
Users can now directly review and correct the results after the initial processing of a quote via nextAI Quote Capture through a "review and improve" interface. Recognised lines can be confirmed, adjusted, or removed before the purchase request is finally created.
This adjustment gives users more control over the quality of AI-recognised quote data and reduces errors in automatically created purchase requests.

Issue resolved where an error occurred during automatic ordering via an OCI punchout integration. The integration now works correctly.
Issue resolved where a value in the field for the punchout OAuth token was too long for the available storage space, preventing supplier settings from being saved. The field length has been increased.

New
Order Confirmations
Purchase orders can now be provided with a supplier confirmation directly from the platform. Through a new overview, all order confirmations per purchase order are visible. Per order line, the confirmed quantity, price, and delivery date can be recorded and compared with the original order. This is the first phase of the Order Confirmations functionality.
This adjustment enables central recording of supplier confirmations and direct comparison with the original purchase order, improving control over delivery agreements.
"Supplier e-mail" more clearly labelled in shopping cart, purchase request and purchase order
The email address field related to the supplier has been renamed from "email" to "Supplier e-mail" in the shopping cart, purchase request, and purchase order. This clearly distinguishes the field from other email-related fields.
This adjustment reduces confusion for users managing multiple email addresses in a purchasing process and clarifies which address is linked to the supplier.
Catalogue visible on purchase request
When an item on a purchase request is linked to a catalogue, the associated catalogue name is now displayed on the purchase request. This gives users immediate insight into the purchasing source of the item.
This adjustment improves traceability of catalogue items in the purchasing process and makes it easier to verify whether the correct purchasing source has been used.
Mandatory start and end date on product page
On the product page in the article management, start and end dates can now be set as mandatory fields. Products outside the set validity period are no longer available for selection in purchase requests.
This adjustment prevents expired or not yet active items from being accidentally ordered and improves control over product availability.
