Vendors
New
Checklist: Button to link items to vendors
A new button has been added in the vendor details (Documents tab) that shows the number of applicable checklist items not yet linked to the vendor. By clicking the button, users can link these items in bulk, making the process faster and clearer. The button only appears when there are unlinked items present.
Mail campaigns: Easily select vendors without contact person
A new button has been added in the vendor linking pop-up window to quickly select all vendors in a mail campaign who do not have a linked contact person or user. Relevant buttons have also been renamed for clarity, making it easier and faster for Vendor Management users to manage incomplete vendor linkages.
Fixes
| Description | Location |
|---|---|
| When creating a new email campaign, pressing Enter now triggers the “Add” action instead of refreshing the page. | Vendors -> Mail campaign |
| In the Supplier Data Portal, mandatory fields are now correctly validated: fields hidden based on bank account type (IBAN or other) are no longer considered mandatory when submitting a request. | Supplier Data Portal |
| In the Supplier Data Portal, uploading bank statements now works correctly: files can be added and edited without errors. | Supplier Data Portal |
Contracts
Fixes
| Description | Location |
|---|---|
| Contract actions (contract tasks / manual contract notifications) are now correctly logged in the Audit Log: the creator of the action is recorded instead of the executor. This applies only to new actions, not previously created ones. | Contracts |

| An issue was resolved where data was missing in Spend → Companies → Volume per category. The data is now correctly displayed again. | Spend → Companies → Volume per category. |
Admin
New
Checklist: Button to link vendors from Admin table
A new button “Unlinked vendors” has been added in the checklist item admin table (in the item's pop-up window). It shows the number of vendors that meet the rules but are not yet linked. By clicking the button, administrators can select individual vendors, select multiple at once, or link all vendors in one go.
Import processes to overwrite category connections
Three new import processes have been added on the Admin page under “Import data 2”:
[Vendors] Import to replace supplier-category connections – replaces all existing category connections of vendors in Vendor Management with the connections from the uploaded file.
[Contracts] Import to replace contract-category connections – replaces all existing category connections of contracts in Contract Management with the connections from the uploaded file.
[Spend] Import to replace supplier-category connections – replaces all existing vendor-category connections in Spend Analytics with the connections from the uploaded file. Duplicate vendor references are prevented, so each vendor is connected only once per category.
All processes use a template with two columns: ID (Vendor ID / Contract ID / Vendor reference) and Category reference number (as used in the customer environment, not the database ID). The system checks if the ID exists (and for Spend Analytics that there are no duplicates) and if the category reference number is valid. Errors are clearly logged.
If the file is correct, existing connections are removed and replaced by the new ones; if no connections exist yet, the new connections are simply imported.
A warning will be displayed when executing these imports warning about the irreversible overwriting of the connections.
Fixes
| Description | Location |
|---|---|
| Fields in the general user settings (such as Phone, Room number and Department) now correctly save new values; previously some fields flashed red when saving and entered values were not always saved. | Admin -> Users |
| The user account field Display name on the profile settings page is now always read-only; users cannot change this themselves, only Admin users can do this via the relevant admin page. | Admin -> Users |
Procure to Pay (P2P)
AP Automation
New
Ongoing cost overviews for multiple companies
It is now possible to generate ongoing cost overviews at once for multiple companies. The export contains data from all selected companies, including a column that clearly shows the source company.
Retired status for Coding Templates
Coding templates can now be “retired” instead of permanently deleted. Retired templates remain visible in the overview (filtered by default), are visible in audits of vendor settings, and can be reactivated if necessary. They are excluded from dropdowns in active vendor settings to prevent unwanted use.
Warning on broken connection with backend
The frontend now clearly detects when the connection to the backend is lost and shows a “Connection lost” message with explanation. Buttons in invoice details are re-enabled so users can quickly resume their work after the connection is restored.
Fixes
| Description | Location |
|---|---|
| VAT ID was not updated when excluded from the vendor key; changes via API or DTS are now correctly applied. | AP Automation & Procurement |
| When importing duplicate currencies, the wrong currency could be deactivated; deduplication now correctly ignores already deactivated currencies. | AP Automation -> import |
| When importing invoices from XML, VAT was not set on booking lines; the tax group and VAT are now applied in advance so VAT is not removed. | AP Automation -> import |
| PO invoices linked to Ultimo orders now correctly contain SAP cost lines (LINEITEMID = 40). Previously, these lines were missing because only purchase-related lines were included; now all PO lines with a destination other than ERP are included. | AP Automation -> SAP Ultimo connection |
Procurement
New
Expanded columns in Purchase overviews
The columns in the overviews for Purchase request, Purchase order and Receipts have been improved and made more consistent. New fields have been added, such as delivery location, vendor, requester, and invoiced amounts. Additionally, many columns now support filtering, sorting, searching, multiple values and setting visibility based on user preferences.
This expansion makes it easier to manage requests, orders, and receipts efficiently.
Editable text fields in PDF purchase order +
Two editable “Purchase order free text” fields have been added in Company settings under a new Procurement tab, allowing customers to manage and translate their own texts for purchase orders.
Support for large order amounts
The PDF layout of purchase orders has been adjusted to support larger order amounts.
Amounts up to €9,999,999.99 are now correctly displayed, without important information such as delivery date or other fields disappearing or overlapping.
Default unit for free requests
A new option “Standard unit” has been added in the General tab of the Procurement settings. When set, this unit is automatically filled in for every new line in a free request, speeding up request creation for purchasers.

| Input restrictions for groups for one company were also applied to other companies; this has now been corrected: restrictions apply only to the relevant company on all relevant screens (webshop, catalogue, free request, shopping cart and request lines). | Procurement |
| VAT group/base country and VAT code in shopping cart/request lines are now correctly updated when changing the item category, so the values match the VAT settings of the new category. |
Procurement -> Shopping cart Procurement -> Request lines |
| The delete button in shopping cart/request lines now remains active, even when the quantity field is disabled in the screen configuration. |
