New
*Xtendis connection realised
From now on, it is possible to transfer PDF invoices and contract documents and attachments through a new connection with Xtendis. This makes it even easier to establish a connection with ISPnext and thus automate and improve processes.
Custom Quick access blocks
The Quick Access feature allows quick navigation to filtered views. Four predefined ‘Fixed’ quick access blocks are already available.
In addition, we have extended the functionality with custom Quick Access Blocks that can be created from the advanced search function. These custom quick access blocks allow users to save filtered views using the advanced search. This makes it easier and faster to navigate to the desired overview.
Note: the advanced search functionality is now no longer at the top but at the search bar next to the quick access blocks.
When a Quick Access block is activated and then the advanced search function is opened, it is possible to modify and save the saved filter using the next button in the advanced search function.
It is possible to save quick access blocks as favourites during creation or via the edit icon by ticking the asterisk
. This will show the quick access block in the overview. When unchecked
, the quick access block is no longer shown in the invoice overview but it is possible to navigate to the filtered overview via the edit icon
and then click on the quick access block.
Advanced search and invoice search
‘Advanced search’ and “invoice search” can now be used from the place where it was previously 'search in overviews'.
Purchase request process improved
From now on, creating a purchase order request is step-by-step, making it easier to keep an overview and see which step of the process a user is in.
Licence type added to permission groups
From now on, it is easy to see which licence applies to which permission group.
Columns configurable & addition of two-column po-lookup
From now on, the columns in the ‘open order’ pop-up are configurable using the column icon. In addition, the columns ‘Purchase order date’ and ‘Order number’ have been added.
New configuration option for purchase order lines
A new configuration possibility has been added whereby purchase order related lines with a quantity of 0 can be imported and processed from an XML file.
Invoice lines must be imported even for quantities and amounts greater than zero. Depending on the settings, lines with zero in quantity or amount, or both, can also be imported.
Advanced search and invoice search
‘Advanced search’ and “invoice search” now work from where it used to be “search in statements”.
Additional Item Identification visible on the PDF invoice
From now on, it is possible to view the ‘Additional Item Identification’ on the PDF invoice generated from UBL (XML).
New discount icon added
A new icon has been added to the ‘discount date’ column to show that the invoice could still be paid with discount.
Warning icon moved
From now on, the warning icon for invoices that are (almost) over due is located directly in the due date column. This makes it immediately visible on which date the invoice is or will be due.
DTS
*New activity for ‘export’ invoices
From now on, a new activity is available for customers who have an ERP connection with ISPnext using DTS. The ‘export’ activity indicates when the invoice has been exported to the ERP system. This activity is before the moment of ‘release’ for payment by the ERP package.
Fixes
General
- It could happen that when no VAT was supplied or known 0% VAT was held due to an error. This has been resolved.
- When VAT balance validation is set up in business validations. It could happen that when a VAT split was performed, error messages occurred on an unselected line. This has been resolved.
- When M3 returns no dimension data for import, the import is terminated cleanly.
- It could happen that when VAT was added to an invoice and then the VAT was split, a VAT code on the header of the invoice was returned to the ERP. This has been fixed and will now be left blank when applicable.
- Performance improvements made on using multiple combination filters in the invoice view.
- Fixed an issue where logistics invoices with 2 or more order lines selected from Procurement could not be exported with our OpenAPI/DTS
*Please note: this functionality can be activated through additional configuration and is possibly an extension of the license. If you would like to use this functionality, please contact your Account Manager.
