About this release
Expansion of DORA functionality
This release also contains new expansions regarding DORA. It is now possible to register relationships at supplier level and to store further DORA-related specifications at contract level.
In the coming releases, further attention will be paid to adding and expanding DORA functionalities.
All changes are explained in the release notes below.
General
Fixes
- Various text corrections have been made.
- Various layout corrections have been made.
Dashboards
Fixes
- Some pie charts were no longer loading, this has been resolved.
Vendors
New
- If our DORA functionality is used, a 'Relationships' tab is available at supplier level in which supplier relationships (main or parent organizations, sub-suppliers and alternative suppliers) can be registered.
- Fields that were available in the supplier details but were not available in the 'Columns' functionality in the supplier overview have now been added here. You can make them visible via the 'Columns' button. A condition is that the fields have been made visible in the Admin module (Admin > Vendors settings > Personalization > Field visibility)
- We propose a reference on the supplier addition form. The maximum number was previously 1000000000. This has now been increased to 50 characters so that higher references can also be used if desired.
- When adding lines to a bonus agreement, we now automatically propose an amount in the 'Norm min' field. This is equal to the highest known 'Norm max' value for the other rules present.
- If the 'Registration number' and/or 'Comments' fields have been filled in an information request for a document, but no document has been uploaded, the contents of the fields will still be saved with the supplier details upon approval. Previously, this only happened if a document had also been uploaded.
- In the Supplier Data Portal, when adding and editing suppliers, the D&B connection is also available for users who only use the Supplier Data Portal and are not standard ISPnext users.
Fixes
- When you use the calendar option for the 'Date of' in a bonus appointment as a user with the English language, the wrong year was sometimes applied. This has now been resolved.
- A display issue has been resolved where information requests that did not have a workflow would display a workflow from a previously opened information request.
- An issue where in some cases no workflow was linked to a new information request has been resolved.
Contracts
New
- A new table has been added at contract level in which spend data can be registered manually. After activation, the table is visible in the 'Financial' tab in a contract, under the heading 'Spend'. The table can be activated by activating the option 'Activate spend table in financial tab' in Admin > Contracts settings > Contracts settings. Additionally, you have the option to determine whether the table can be edited via the 'Spend table manually editable' option.
- In addition to the above new functionality, a total table of this data has also been made available. After activation as described above, the table is visible in Contracts > Budgets > X.
- If our DORA functionality is used, a 'DORA' tab is available at contract level in which DORA specifications can be registered.
Fixes
- The signing dates were no longer shown in Contracts > E-Signing > E-Signing Overview. This has now been resolved.

*Discount settings for payment terms
After te support of manually setting payment terms, it is now possible to register and process associated discount agreements.
- Discounts can be specified under 'Financial setup' → 'Payment terms' → 'Discounts'. These discounts apply to the relevant payment term.
- After setting up the payment term and discount, it is possible to see the discount date is and what discount amount can be achieved, under the header of the invoice.
- The invoice overview also shows the current discount date and discount amount.
*If this functionality is used, the payment terms are no longer imported from the ERP package, including the standard payment terms.
**Please note: this functionality can be activated through additional configuration and may involve additional costs. If you would like to have this functionality, please submit a change request to our support department. The support department will assess the change and share a cost estimate with you.

SAP
Transaction type logistics lines adjusted automatically
From now on, specific actions will be performed when the transaction type is modified on the invoice. This only applies to users with an SAP ERP, for users with another ERP system the situation remains unchanged. When any of the transaction types below are selected, the following action is performed:
Debit | The original transaction value of the logistics line is applied. Debit lines remain at debit and credit lines at credit. |
Credit | All logistics lines are set to 'credit' regardless of the original value of the logistics line. |
Subsequent debit | The original transaction value of the logistics line is applied to the line. |
Subsequent credit | If the original value of the line is credit, the line is set to 'Debit'. If the original value is debit, the line is now set to 'Credit'. |
Extra check special 2-way
When an invoice is split via the special 2-way, an extra check is now performed to make sure that invoices will go to the accounts payable department via the correct route and will no longer be automatically approved.
