Linking questions in the question round to documents and products
It has been made possible for a supplier to link a question to a product or document within the Sourcing process during the ‘question round’.
Spend visible for archived contracts
From now on, the total Spend table will remain visible in archived contracts.

Document upload checklist item moved to tab
In the supplier card under the tab ‘documents’ and table ‘checklist items’, it is now possible to upload documents via a separate tab. In addition, it has been made possible to delete documents using the ‘delete’ button.
Fixes
- It could occur that the ‘Title’ column for contacts did not always show the correct value. This has been fixed.
Supplier portal
- In the Supplier portal, it could occur that not all data was saved when not all mandatory fields were filled in. This has been resolved.
- In the Supplier portal, it could occur that when an audit was opened with only contacts the tab did not automatically open it. This has been resolved.

It has been made possible for a supplier to link a question to a product or document within the Sourcing process during the ‘question round’.
Contracts

- Supplier e-sign processes are now also visible in the contract e-sign views in the contract module. A column has been added to indicate whether an e-sign process was started from a supplier or a contract.
- From now on, the total Spend table will remain visible in archived contracts.
- In the Spend total view of contracts, a slider has been added to make it easy to filter by only active contracts.

In tasks, the overview of contract references has been made clearer by showing the contract reference next to the name.

2FA logging improved
From now on, 2FA de-activation will also be logged under the Activity Log.
AP Automation
New
*Ultimo connection realised
From now on, it is possible to retrieve purchase orders via the Ultimo connection. This makes it easier to connect to ISPnext and thereby automating and improving processes.
*Twinfield connection realised
Through a new connection with Twinfield, it is now possible to process cost invoices from Twinfield in ISPnext. This makes it easier to connect to ISPnext and thereby automating and improving processes.
*Possibility to add contract numbers to coding lines
From now on, it is possible to add contract numbers to coding lines. Via the edit icon , it is possible to look up a contract via a pop-up screen and add it to the line.
Last login visible for application owners
As of today, it is possible for application owners to see the last login of users. This makes it easy to see which users have not logged in recently.
*Ability to set more precise workflow routes
*From now on, it is possible for invoices from different companies to have different routes in the workflow. As a result, more precise workflow routes can now be set for invoices.
SAP
*Ability to round off prices
*From now on, it is possible to round alternative prices and catchweight prices when imported via the SAP web services.
Infor LN CE
ISPnext now also supports the PCS module of Infor LN CE. The master data of projects and cost components are taken from Infor LN CE. ISPnext can process this data on the invoice.
Fixes
General
- Previously, when a supplier had an invalid email reply address, an error could occur during import. This has been resolved. In case of an invalid reply address, the invoice is imported and the reply address remains empty.
- From now on the ability to show lines with total amount zero is an application setting managed by ISPnext.
- If an error occurs when importing a UBL invoice, an
icon now displays more information about the related error.
- If there were spaces in an IBAN account, this could result in an error during the import. This has been solved.
- Fixed an issue where permission groups could sometimes not be added to users.
- When adjusting the number of characters of fields in ‘Static screen configuration’, this was not always applied to the coding lines. This has been fixed.
- It could occur that when a coding template was saved, the posting date was copied from the line when this coding template was applied to another invoice. This has been solved.
- From now on, it is possible to receive multiple goods receipts simultaneously via the API. In addition, goods receipts can now be recognised by the company code and goods receipt number.
- The field ‘VAT group’ is now only shown if the ERP package supports this.
D365 F&O
- It could occur that packing slip numbers were not sent to the ERP during an invoice booking, this has been fixed.
- It could occur that charge line amounts were not delivered correctly when manually adjusted. This has now been resolved.
- The performance of importing payment data has been improved.
Infor LN
- From now on, it is possible to edit the base country in the VAT mapping and master data management *provided VAT manual management is configured.
- Importing multiple orders with the same order number but belonging to different companies could result in an error, this has been solved.
- Issues regarding e-mails sent from an invalid reply address have been resolved and will no longer result in possible errors.
SAP
- Performance improved when importing order data.
Procurement
New
Improved notification time purchase request
The purchasing process has been accelerated by sending purchase request notifications every 5 minutes. This allows purchase requests to go through the approval process much faster. In addition, the notification email of the invoice and the order are no longer one but disconnected.
Setup notifications for purchase orders
From now on, it is possible to set up notifications for purchase orders. This concerns notifications regarding the order sent to the supplier. Under 'Notification settings' → 'Issue PO' it is possible to set the notification.
Fixes
- From now on, it is possible to enter the VAT group manually if it is not setup under item settings. To make use of this functionality, setup is needed under screen configurations.
