About this release
Notes
In the note overview, you can now preview the comments and attachments without opening the note. The export functionality now also exports the comments and the names of the attachments.
Vendor agreements
Vendor agreements have been expanded with new features. You can now set a deadline for appointment registration and two new notifications have been added.
All changes are explained in the release notes below.
General
New
- Dates are now shown in a format based on your user language. For example, for Dutch this is 1-12-2024 and for English 1/12/2024.

Dashboards
Bugfixes
- The 'Print report' function was temporarily out of use and has now been restored.
- A bug has been resolved in the query functionality regarding filters. Multiple filters on a number of types of free fields caused the query to no longer produce results, this has now been resolved.
Spend
Bugfixes
- In Spend > Process Analysis > Process analysis > Supplier invoice efficiency, percentages were always rounded down, this has now been adjusted to the standard rounding (.5 and higher = up, everything below down).
- Invoice/order mismatch is now calculated based on order invoices instead of all invoices.
Contracts
New
- New tokens are available during document creation. You can view and use the tokens via the 'VL' button in the text editor when creating document creation templates/editing text blocks in a document creation process.
Bugfixes
- The addition form for new contracts temporarily did not accept 0 for extension and cancellation period fields, this has now been corrected.
Vendors
New
- [Request information] The active workflow step is now indicated with an orange ? icon.
- [Vendor Rating] It is now possible to manage company and project links for existing Vendor Rating groups.
- [Supplier Data Portal] It is now possible to include a link/URL in the Supplier Data Portal welcome text.
- Two new columns are available in Vendors > Notes: 'Notes' and 'Attachments'. They show the number of comments and attachments per note. When you hover your cursor over the number, we'll show you a preview of the comments and the number of attachments.
- When you export the overview in Vendors > Notes, we now also export the comments and the names of the attachments per note.
- A new field is available in supplier agreements: 'Internally responsible person'.
- A deadline can now be set for supplier agreements. This is a deadline for registering an appointment. Use the 'Lead time' fields for this.
- Two new notifications are available for supplier appointments:
- Reminder on agreement deadline
- Automatic reminder for missing agreement realization
These notifications can be set in Admin > Vendors settings > Vendors notifications. You can read more information about these notifications here. - In the notification that informs you about expired information request validity dates, archived suppliers are no longer shown.
Bugfixes
- In some situations, the countries in the Country field were shown in the wrong language when creating and editing suppliers, this has now been resolved.
- It was temporarily not possible to delete supplier agreements, this is now possible again.
- [Vendor Rating] It was temporarily not possible to delete individual survey groups, this is now possible again.
- [Request Information] The contacts edit form in the information request details has been restored.
- It was temporarily not possible to mark some complaints as confidential, this has now been corrected.

For clients with API
*Statuses API logging improved
The statuses for API logging have been improved. When an API logging has the status 'receive' this status is shown correctly and when the status is 'process' this status is shown correctly.
*More fields available in screen configuration
From now on, fields made available via the invoice API can be setup in the screen configuration.

*Invoices continuously retrievable
From now on it is possible to retrieve invoices even though these invoices have already been retrieved before.
*API transaction error message improved
The error message issued when an incorrect data transaction occurs has been improved, this ensures that an error message is issued in a timely manner.
D365F&O
*Ability to retrieve purchase order by alternative purchase order number
From now on, it is possible to retrieve and match a purchase order from an alternative purchase order ID. This also makes it possible to search and match on these purchase order numbers.
SAP
*From now on we support a purchase order with two different suppliers. The suppliers are visible at line level.
Fixes
General
- Select and paste from the invoice PDF is now only possible on fields where the value applies.
- The automatic calculation of the VAT amount when importing the encoding line was no longer applied when the VAT amount contained 0, this now fixed.
- Fixed an issue where 'Waiting for Goods' notifications were not always sent when the invoice was put back into the 'Waiting for Goods' step.
SAP
- *Previously, after entering the internal order in SAP, the project/WBS field in AP Automation was automatically filled in with the WBS number from the internal order resulting in an error message. From now on, the project/WBS number is no longer automatically filled in as soon as the internal order is selected, however, the project/WBS responsible is still maintained.
JD Edwards
- When a posting period was closed, only the posting period on the invoice header was adjusted, and not the posting period in the coding lines. From now on, the posting period in the coding lines will be adjusted to the same period as in the invoice header.
InforLN Cloud Enterprise
Fixed an issue that caused an error on logistics invoices with a VAT value of 0.
Procurement
New
Company field added to header purchase request
From now on it is possible to fill in the field 'Company' under the general information on the header of the purchase invoice. This makes it possible to have different companies on the header and lines.
VAT code on items
*From now on it is possible to specify the VAT code on an item. This setting, if filled in, is preferred over all other settings where the VAT code is indicated.
*Note, this might contain additional configuration and possibly involves extra costs. Ask the Account Manager for more information.
