A password reset token may have expired for one of the following reasons:
- The username entered on the password reset page must exactly match the username for which the reset was requested.
- The password must be entered twice identically and meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 digit
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 special character
- Not a password that has been used in the past within the ISPnext application
- The reset link you received must be the most recently received reset link.
Only the most recently received link is valid; if a reset has been requested multiple times, only the latest reset email will work. - The reset link you are using must not be older than 30 minutes.
The reset link expires after 30 minutes, after which you will need to request a new one. - In some cases, it helps to clear the application cookies from your browser.
