My account is blocked, what now?

The article below pertains to Source to Contract (S2C) for the following applications and/or module(s):

Vendor Management
Contract Management
Spend Analytics
Sourcing

User accounts in ISPnext are blocked after five incorrect login attempts.
The block lasts for 10 minutes, during which time logging in is not possible.

Contact ISPnext Support by creating a ticket if logging in is still not possible after this period.

The following message appears when the account is blocked:
