Important:
Due to the registration of the displayname in the edit logs, it is not possible for users to change the displayname themselves.
Any changes for the displayname must be requested from an application administrator within your own organisation.
ISPnext Support is not authorised to change the displayname on request.

Users with Admin rights can follow the instructions below to change a displayname:
- Click the gear icon in the top right of the menu bar to go to the Admin module.
- Go to Users > User Management and search/select the user for whom the displayname needs to be changed.
- In the window that opens, the displayname can be changed. After changing, click outside the field; the field will flash green to indicate that the new value has been saved.
