A Planboard provides a visual overview of tasks, arranged in columns (tracks) such as "To do", "In progress" and "Done". This makes it possible to monitor the progress of tasks at a glance. Planboards are used, among other things, for:
- Tasks relating to a specific contract
- Tasks relating to a specific supplier
- General tasks at organisational level

2.1 Multiple boards alongside each other
Multiple Planboards can be created within the same environment, each focused on a different purpose or subject. This creates a clear distinction between different types of tasks.

A Planboard can be set up with pre-defined tasks using a template. This enables recurring procedures within a department to be carried out in a consistent and efficient manner, while keeping the working method streamlined and consistent.
