M3 is missing a mandatory value on a line, for example the general ledger account or the cost centre.

What to check
- Check the receipt lines, the cost lines and the additional cost lines of the invoice in AP Automation.
- See whether coding is missing there, for example the general ledger account or the cost centre.
- Is the coding missing where it should be present? Report it through a ticket with ISPnext.
How to process the invoice further
- Remove the data already known in M3 for this invoice.
- Correct the invoice in AP Automation by completing the coding on the lines with missing data.
- Process the invoice again with a unique reference.
