In addition, a new option has been added, allowing users to indicate, via a checkbox, whether data may still be modified in a specific workflow step. -
Workflows that were stopped prematurely are now shown in the 'Archive' tab.

Fixes
General
- Resolved: With multiple, similar mailbox settings for the smartscan, the correct company could sometimes not be set.
- When changing a purchase order invoice in the ERP while it was already in the approval flow, an error could occur. This has now been fixed.
- When a free field was set without ‘combo box’, ‘null’ was displayed in the invoice header under free fields instead of an empty field. From now on, this field will remain empty.
- The G-split button could sometimes wrongly disappear. This problem has been solved.
- Placing an order without known vendor settings, and not involving an OCI order, could result in an error message. This has been fixed.

API extended to include order and receipt data
In Procurement, orders and receipts are recorded. This data was already available via the Obligo report and is now also available via an API from ISPnext. The API documentation can be found under Order Data → GET Purchase order Using GET. With this extension, order and receipt information can be easily shared with an ERP system or BI tooling.
Fixes
- The maximum number of characters for an automatic order has been adjusted so that errors due to too long text no longer occur.
*Please note that this functionality can be activated through additional configuration and may be an extension of the licence. If you wish to use this functionality, please contact your account manager.
