Improved insight into matching tolerances
To make deviations within or outside the set matching tolerances better and immediately visible, some improvements have been made.
-
The current filter of searching for price and quantity deviations has been extended. Differences within and outside the tolerances can now be filtered.
- In addition, the lines have an icon at the front and colours indicate the tolerance status of the lines. See example below:
- White lines indicate that no tolerance is present.
- Orange lines with a circle icon indicate that the lines are within the tolerance.
- Red lines with a triangle icon indicate that the lines are outside of the tolerance.
*Expanding matching tolerance conditions with process steps
It is possible to deploy matching tolerances depending on the step or phase the invoice is in. This is set up via the ‘Detail match types’. Where the relevant tolerance can be applied in different stages. The following process steps for assigning a tolerance are possible here:
- From importing the invoice
- Check by financial administration
- Wait for goods step (with or without check by financial administration)
*Note: matching tolerances are turned off by default for each detail match type and line type. Matching tolerances can be activated by ISPnext. Please contact ISPnext for more information.
See the following example of a setup in the setup:
Infor LN CE
*Support TP functionality in Infor LN CE
In addition to the PCS functionality in Infor LN CE, TP functionality can now be used. This enables more project registration.
TP functionality focuses on managing trade and procurement processes, optimising the supply chain and streamlining sales activities. The master data from Infor LN CE is leading for both Infor LN CE and ISPnext. These are therefore transferred to ISPnext via an interface:
- TimeUnit
- Project
- Activity
- LabourType
- Employee
- CostObjectExtension
- Plan
In addition, TP orders are retrieved and invoices are offered again to Infor LN CE. This is done in the current way, but supplemented with the TP data.
*Invoices to IFS Ultimo
In the current process, ISPnext offers the option of retrieving purchase requests from IFS Ultimo. Have the purchase requests ISPnext approve which results in an order. Goods receipt can then be performed in IFS Ultimo. The invoices are sent to the ERP via the set-up ERP connection.
New functionality has been added to the connection with IFS Ultimo, whereby the invoice is not only sent to the ERP, but is also included in IFS Ultimo. As a result, IFS Ultimo also provides insight into the invoices processed on the IFS Ultimo orders. So there are more reporting options within IFS Ultimo and there is more control over these expenditures.
Exact Online
Processing invoices with payment block
ISPnext now offers the option to block registered invoices for payment towards Exact Online. After release, the payment blockage will be lifted. This results in charges being able to be shown earlier in Exact Online. This also eliminates the need to manually create an Accrual entry from ISPnext.
Fixes
General
- The due date pop-over was no longer shown due to the adjustments of the previous release. The due date pop-over has been restored and is visible again in ISPnext.
- The Accrual report did not show the company of the booking line, but showed the company of the invoice header. This has now been adjusted. As a result, you can see the company of the line in the Accrual report.
Procurement
New
Obligo report:
The current Obligo report provides insight into the open orders in Procurement, or orders that are still likely to be invoiced by suppliers. The report has been extended with more information, so that the expected commitments are even more visible and monitorable. The following columns have been added to the report:
- The order amount
- Outstanding order amount (total order amount minus all linked invoice amounts)
- Creation date of the purchase order (start of the obligation)
- Outstanding order line amount (total order line amount minus all linked booking lines)
Fixes
- The order status overview could indicate an incorrect status of the order. This occurred in some specific cases. In the scenario where a goods receipt consists of multiple orders and one of those orders was fully invoiced by the supplier, then the status of the order was not updated. It remained at ‘Waiting for invoice’. This has been changed, so from now on the invoice in this situation will have the status ‘Fully completed’.
*Please note: this functionality can be activated through additional configuration and may involve an extension to the license. If you wish to use this functionality, please contact your account manager.
