Below you can read for each list how the content of the list is determined.

My tasks

• You are linked to the task
• If there is a vendor and/or contract associated with the task, you must be authorized to see the vendor/contract.
• The job has not been performed or has been canceled.

My contracts

• The contract is not archived or draft.
• You are linked as a contract owner, contract manager or client.
• You are authorized to see the contract.

My checklist items

• The vendor is not archived.
• You are linked as Administrator at this vendor.
• The checklist item is active.
• You are authorized to see the vendor.

My vendors

• The vendor is not archived.
• You are linked as Administrator at this vendor.
• You are authorized to see the vendor.
