About this release

Explanations of free fields

It is now possible to set an explanation for vendor and contract custom fields. An info icon will appear next to the field name. Users can click this icon to view the explanation.

General

New

• The colors for charts on the Dashboard and in the Spend module can now be set per user by clicking the user icon in the top right corner of the menu bar.

Dashboard

New

• Text on tiles with a table, KPI or text box no longer turns light gray when you hover your mouse over it. The light gray text made the text difficult to read for some users.

Spend

New

• The 'Description' column has been added to Spend > Commodities > Select Commodity > Invoice lines.
• The column 'Description' has been added to Spend > Cost centre > Select cost centre > Invoice lines.
• A new tab has been added to the details category: 'Details'. You will see this tab when you have opened a category in Spend > Commodities. This table shows within the selected commodity all these dimensions including volume are shown: Vendor, company, cost centre, cost unit, cost center and cost center group.

Bugfixes

• In the 'Send' tab when setting up an audit, the e-mail fields are no longer required if 'Send without e-mail' is checked.

Vendors

New

• The column filters in the vendor overview have been updated. You can now search in the filters and select multiple values.
• The filter panel on the left has been removed, the functionality has been replaced by the new column filters.
• It is now possible to set an explanation for a free field. An info icon will then appear next to the field name. If your users click on it, they will see the explanation. You set this text in the settings of the custom field in the Admin module.
• Users with the 'Vendor Management Register' role can now edit vendor agreements.
• A new column has been added to the supplier overview: Administrators. The associated administrators are shown in this column.
• The detail field 'Webshop' can now be hidden in Admin > Vendors settings > Personalization.

Bugfixes

• The search function in the project list (Vendors > Project Intake) has been restored.

Contracts

New

• The column filters in the contract and contract products overview have been updated. You can now search in the filters and select multiple values.
• The filter panel on the left has been removed, the functionality has been replaced by the new column filters.
• It is now possible to set an explanation for a free field. An info icon will then appear next to the field name. If your users click on it, they will see the explanation. You set this text in the settings of the free field in the Admin module.
• The Columns function has been added to the overview Contracts > Attachments.
• Three new columns have been added to the overview Contracts > Appendices: Contract number 2, Contract number 3 and Project number. You can make these columns visible via the Columns function.
• A column 'Project' has been added to the RFQ overview. If the RFQ is part of a Project (Vendors > Project Intake) then the project number and project name will be shown here.
• The colors that we show at the end date in the contracts overview are now also shown at the end dates in Contracts > Planning.
• As soon as you have opened an RFQ, we will show the name of the RFQ in the header.
• A category can now be associated with an RFQ.
• In the contract document creation functionality, the log now indicates in red which text has been removed and in green which text has been added.

Tasks

New

• A check has been added on sending the 'Task Assigned' email. A few minutes later, it checks to see if the assignee is still assigned to the task. If so, we will send the email. This prevents people you accidentally link and then unlink from receiving the email

Admin

New

• Planboard links have been added to the replace user function.
• RFQ links have been added to the replace user function.
• When merging spend suppliers (Admin > Spend settings > Data bundling > Merge suppliers), a new option is available in the year selection: All years. This allows you to view all suppliers of all years at once.
• It is no longer possible to set suppliers that have already been set up as sub-suppliers as parent.

Supplier Portal

• It is now possible to add users again via the 'Admin' section.
