Activating
Before you can use the RFx function, it must first be activated via the Admin module of VendorLink.
Navigate to Admin > Contracts settings > Settings > Features, and
check 'Contract Sourcing Active'.
Roles
The RFx function can only be used when the following modules are active in the VendorLink environment:
- Contract Management
- Supplier Portal
In addition, users who want to use RFQ must have the following user roles:
- RFQ Viewer
- RFQ Moderator
