Selecting suppliers for your RFx
Suppliers can be invited to submit a quote by adding them to the RFx. The right contacts can also be easily selected. If your desired contact doesn't exist yet, you can add it here as well.
Click on 'New supplier' to add a supplier to the RFx. A pop-up appears where you can search for a supplier.
By clicking on a already added supplier it can be edited, you can enter a contact person here (this person will receive the RFx invitation) or remove the supplier from the RFx again.
