In the Vendors module, you can assign administrators to vendors. These can be one or more active users. Assigning administrators to a vendor has several advantages:
- Identification. Who manages which vendor?
- Filtering by administrators in the vendor table when performing an 'All Fields' export.
- Administrators receive notifications about complaints and notes added to a vendor.
- The administrator is added to teams linked to the vendor.
- The administrator is used in the option 'Administrators receive a notification when a new document is uploaded' in Admin > Vendors settings > Settings.
- The administrator is used in the option 'Email expired Checklist item to administrator' in Admin > Vendors settings > Settings.
