How do I change my password?

Change the password of your ISPnext account when you still have access to it; a forgotten password follows a different procedure. Log in, click the user icon at the top right, choose 'Reset password' and confirm, then follow the link in the email to set a new password that meets the requirements.

If you want to change the password of your ISPnext account, please follow the instructions below.

1. Log in with your own ISPnext user account.
2. Click on the user icon at the top right and select 'User settings'.
   
3. Click on 'Reset password'.
   
4. You will receive a pop-up for confirmation. Click 'Yes'.
5. Navigate to the inbox of the email address registered on your ISPnext user account.
6. Follow the instructions in the email, click on the password reset link.
7. Enter the desired password in the fields 'New password' and 'Confirm new password'.
8. The password must be entered twice identically and meet the following requirements:
   • At least 8 characters
   • At least 1 digit
   • At least 1 uppercase letter
   • At least 1 special character
   • Not a password previously used within the ISPnext application
9. Click 'Log in'.

Your password has been successfully changed!
