This article describes how users of Source to Contract (S2C) applications such as Vendor Management and Contract Management can set a new password.
After clicking on 'Forgot password' and entering the username, they will receive a reset link by email. The new password must meet specific requirements, including at least 8 characters, a digit, an uppercase letter, a special character, and must not have been used before.

If the password is forgotten, a new password can be set.
Instructions for setting a new password
Navigate to the correct login page for the relevant environment.
If an invitation email has been received previously, the link in that email can be followed to open the correct login page.
If the correct login page is not known, this should be requested from the application administrator within the organisation.
Click on ‘Forgot password’ at the bottom of the login form.
Enter the username and click ‘Send Reset Link’.
An existing account is required; the username must be known.
If the username is unknown or no account is available yet, contact should be made with the application administrator.
Open the email sent to the email address linked to the provided username and click on the link included.
Enter the new password twice identically. The password must meet the following requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 digit
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 special character
No previously used password within the ISPnext application
Click on ‘Log in’.
After completion, the password has been successfully restored.
