What does this message mean?
AP Automation did not receive a response from M3 in time. Whether the invoice was processed is therefore not established.
What to check
- Determine exactly when this ERP error occurred. You will find that in the support information on the invoice through * > Show Support information > Interface, in the fields
ERP_TR_TimeandERP_TR_Date. - Have your M3 administrator verify what was happening on the M3 or MEC server at that moment.
- Then check the processing of the invoice in M3.
How to process the invoice further
- The invoice has been fully processed. Move it forward with the option Corrected in ERP, or have that done through a ticket with ISPnext.
- The invoice has not been fully processed. Find out why the processing timed out. Work through the troubleshooting steps for the message about the cost lines, see below.
Then correct the invoice manually in M3 and move it forward with Corrected in ERP.
