We're excited to introduce our new Idea Portal, a place where you help shape the future of ISPnext by voting on the ideas that matter most to you.
Here you'll find feature requests and improvements suggested by allcustomers. Our Product Management team reviews the ideas that come in through support and publishes them here, so you can vote, add your perspective, and follow their progress from suggestion to release.
How it works
- Submit your idea through support: Have a suggestion? Share it with us via a Zendesk ticket. Our Product Management team reviews each request and, where it fits, adds it to the portal for everyone to vote on.
- Vote: Support the ideas that would make the biggest difference for you. The more votes an idea gets, the stronger the signal to our product team.
- Comment: Add context, use cases, or details that help us understand the need.
- Follow progress: Track the status of ideas as we review, plan, and deliver them.

A few tips for a great idea
- Focus on the outcome you want and the problem it solves, rather than a specific technical solution.
- Check whether a similar idea already exists in the portal, if so, vote for it and add your perspective in the comments.
- Give us enough context in your ticket so we can capture the need accurately.
We'd love to be transparent about how we use your input. The Idea Portal gives us valuable direction, it shows us what's living in our community and which needs are shared by many of you.That said, not every idea will make it onto the roadmap, and being published or receiving votes doesn't guarantee that an idea will be built. We weigh your input alongside our product vision, technical considerations, and what will bring the most value to our customers as a whole. What we can promise is that we're listening, and that every idea and every vote helps us prioritize what matters most.
