E-invoices are electronic invoices received directly from linked e-invoice providers. ISPnext currently supports two providers:
eConnect
Routty
Location
Received e-invoices can be viewed via:
AP Automation → E-invoices
For both eConnect and Routty, ISPnext retrieves the e-invoices from the provider. The retrieval and processing of e-invoices is automatically performed by a task that runs every minute.
Actions
For each e-invoice, the following actions are available (if permissions are granted):
Download again: deletes all attachments from the record and downloads the e-invoice again from the provider. *This functionality is not available for the e-provider Routty.
Reprocess: deletes the ISP-InvoiceXML and the generated PDF file and recreates them. *This functionality is not available for the e-provider Routty.
Linked invoice: view and navigate directly to the invoice.
