The receipts menu contains all goods receipts that still need to be created or approved before the purchase order can be received. Goods receipts can be accessed via →

By default, this screen is filtered on the receipts that are currently assigned to the logged in user.
Use the search bar above the overview to find specific receipts.
Search terms must be information found in one of the following columns: Description or Order Number.
The creation of a new goods receipt is done via the 'Search order' bar.
It is possible to select and receive multiple orders at the same time. This is done by ticking multiple selection boxes to the left of orders.
Then click.
In the next window you can indicate on the individual orders what been received exactly, if there is a partial receipt.
Press the or
button to amend the quantity.
After the quantities have been adjusted, the goods receipt can then be forwarded with the button. The receipt will then be processed and transferred to the 'Wait for invoice' status..
The following statuses and icons apply to receipts.
Icon | Meaning |

Draft A receipt is in the 'draft' status, if it has not yet been forwarded for approval. In practice, this is a receipt that the receiver is still working on. |

Wait for invoice A receipt will be in the status 'wait for invoice', if the receipt has gone through the approval flow. In this case, the receiver is waiting for an invoice. As soons as an invoice has been posted for the corresponding purchase order, the receipt is automatically completed. |

Completed A receipt will go to the status 'completed', if it has been completely processed. In this case, the purchase order has been received and invoiced. The receipt is then completed automatically. |

Active A receipt will be in the 'active' status once it has been forwarded for approval. This also includes activities such 'advice'. |

Rejected A receipt is set to the 'rejected' status whenever it has been rejected in the approval flow. |
