Export coding lines
ISP-Invoice offers the possibility to import coding lines via Microsoft Excel. Due to the fact that this must be done in the correct format, it is advisable to first make an export of the existing coding lines. To make an export, open the Coding help menu and choose Export coding lines. If there are no coding lines yet, it is useful to first create an example line that can be removed after exporting.
Note that the Robotic Process Automation icon can only be accessed when the user has rights to edit the invoice.
Coding lines can then be added, edited and/or deleted in this file, after which the file can be imported again after saving.
Import coding lines
Microsoft Excel files with coding lines that meet the correct format can be imported. To do this, open the Coding help menu, choose Import coding lines and then choose the correct file. After the import, the coding lines will be visible.
Note that the Robotic Process Automation icon can only be accessed when the user has rights to edit the invoice.

- When importing coding lines from an Excel file, any existing coding lines are overwritten. The data that is imported or exported depends on the screen configuration, so the fields that appear in a coding line are also the fields that are included in the import/export.
- This function can also be used with Google Sheets (saved as Excel sheet).
Please note: For large quantities of line imports, a ‘process’ icon may appear in the rules screen. In this case, do not close the screen.
