About this release

This release mainly consists of Quality of Life updates, and minor bug fixes. Below you can see all changes that are part of this release.

Vendor Rating

New

  • It is now possible to set that an audit does not have a validity date. This means that the audit will not proceed and will therefore not be reported to the vendor in Vendors. The option can be found in the 'Settings' tab during the creation of the audit. This is also the place where you determine which parts are part of the audit.

Vendors

New

  • It is now possible to click directly from the contract table in the vendor details to a contract in Contracts.
  • The VL Ref number is now shown in the vendor details contract table. (Vendors > Select vendor > Contracts)
  • The 'Contract number 1' field is now shown in Vendors > Contract Agreements.
  • For a vendor's checklist items (Vendors > Vendors > Select vendor > Documents), the overview now shows how many documents have been uploaded within the checklist item.

Bugfixes

  • The contact overview at a vendor is now automatically refreshed after editing a contact. This means that you can immediately see the changes.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the 'All Fields' export of the vendor overview showing vendors with free custom over multiple lines.
  • When adding an internal/external contact person in the contract matrix at a supplier, the contacts are now displayed in alphabetical order.
  • When adding an internal contact person in the contact matrix at a supplier, archived accounts are no longer displayed.

Contracts

New

  • Important note for E-Signing users: We have added an E-Signing explanation about eIDAS to the Help Center.
  • Contract product custom fields are now shown in the 'Deleted' tab in Contracts > Contract products.
  • A drop-down filter for document categories has been added in Contracts > Contracts > Select contract > Attachments.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug that prevented RFQ documents from downloading after RFQ was completed.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented users with the Contract Management Register role (and without the Contract Management Moderator and/or Client Administrator role) from uploading attachments to a contract.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed users with the Contract Management Register role (and without the Contract Management Moderator and/or Client Administrator role) to change contract manager types for a contract.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed users with the Contract Management Register role (and without the Contract Management Moderator and/or Client Administrator role) to delete contract attachments from a contract.

Tasks

  • The 'To Supplier' and 'To Contract' buttons did not work for completed and canceled tasks. This has now been resolved.
