Automatic Linking of Checklist Items to Suppliers Expanded
It is now possible to define rules for each checklist item that determine when it applies to, or is mandatory for, a supplier. Rules can be based on categories, types, and classifications, individually or in combination. This helps improve compliance.
Ability to Delete Receipt Lines
From now on it is possible to delete one or more receipt lines using the trash icon on the line, if the receipt is still in draft or open status. This prevents potential issues in later stages of the process. Deletion depends on granted permissions and may require an explanation.

Previously, clicking on a request detail caused an error due to insufficient permissions, despite being able to see the overview. | Vendors -> Information Request |

AP Automation
New
New overview for managing coding templates
An overview is now available under Settings → AP Automation → Coding Templates, allowing the viewing, editing, and deletion of templates. This way, all templates can be managed without an invoice needing to be open.
Improved export of matching tolerances
When exporting matching tolerances to Excel, additional fields are now included, such as quantity limits, deviations on additional costs, and coding. This contributes to a more complete insight during audits and financial controls.
InforLN CE
Internal goods receipts now supported via API
Internal goods receipts are now retrieved via a specific REST API instead of the standard export. This prevents missing receipts and ensures a more complete processing workflow.
D365 F&O
Improved payment retrieval via new API
A new API has been implemented that allows only recent and relevant payments from D365 F&O to be extracted. This results in improved performance and a reduction in redundant data. In the event that the new method is not available, the system will automatically revert to the previous approach.
Open API/ Infor M3
Charge lines added to POST API for purchase orders
The POST API for purchase orders now also supports charge lines such as procure_charge_line and base_charge_line. This enables full integration with systems such as M3, including fields like amount, VAT, and quantity per order line.

| Fixed an issue where exporting invoices via the workflow did not work for SAP. The export now completes successfully. | SAP |
| Fixed an issue where delta order data imports did not reopen completed purchase orders, order lines, or related goods receipts and receipt lines when updates were received from the ERP. | Infor LN CE |
| Fixed an issue where the net amount was not updated on the invoice when the VAT split was changed. The correct amount is now shown in the control panel. | VAT Split |
| The posting date is no longer automatically overridden on PO lines. Posting dates can still be manually adjusted on coding lines. | PO lines |
| The audit message “Automatching is turned off” no longer causes a recognition error during invoice import. It is now shown for informational purposes only. | Invoice import |
| We fixed a problem where the PO line didn’t save the alternative quantity and unit properly, and we also made sure these fields now show up correctly in the OpenAPI documentation. | PO lines |
| When exporting from "Report by Activity," split parts are now correctly included in the Excel export if the split parts filter is active. | Export Report by Activity |
| Error messages from ISP-Classification sent to administrators are now translated and always shown in English. | ISP-Classification error messages to administrators |
Procurement
New
Ability to delete receipt rules
From now on, it is possible to delete one or more receipt rules using the trash icon on the line, provided the receipt is still in draft or open status. This prevents potential errors in later stages of the process. Deletion is dependent on granted rights and may require an explanation.
VAT code automatically filled on free request when changing supplier
When selecting or changing a supplier in a (non-)recurring free request, VAT code and VAT group are now automatically filled based on supplier settings. This prevents manual work and errors.
Option to hide the supplier's bank account number
Administrators now have the option in the Procurement settings to choose to hide bank account numbers of suppliers. This promotes privacy and complies with stricter compliance requirements. This setting applies only to Procurement and not to AP Automation. Note: after changing the setting, F5 must be clicked to activate the setting by refreshing.
Expanded Procurement APIs with additional fields
Various Procurement APIs have now been enriched with additional fields, including payment terms, delivery information, custom values, and delivery locations. The dimension values have also been optimised for clearer data exchange. This promotes integrations and minimises the risk of mismatches.
