The following article relates to Source to Contract (S2C) for the following applications and/or module(s):
Supplier Portal (Supplier360)
When you digitally sign a contract from the ISPnext Supplier Portal, you must confirm this by means of an E-Signing code.
This code is sent at the moment of signing to the email address of the account with which you perform the signing.
Once you have entered this security code, the contract will be signed.
❗
The E-Signing code is valid for 10 minutes. When the code has expired you need to perform the signing again.
I do not see an e-sign code in my email, what now?
It may be that the signer is registered multiple times as a contact person in the system which can cause a conflict.
This is because an email address should only appear once and should not be a general address.
❗
If it turns out that the relevant contact person is registered multiple times, then all contact persons of that one person must be removed under the sections Contact persons & Supplier Portal users. Afterwards, one new contact person can be created who has all the necessary roles and for whom the toggle for Supplier Portal access is set to Yes.
After that, that contact person should have access to the Supplier Portal and be able to receive e-sign codes.
It may be that the E-signing needs to be sent again due to the adjustments.
If this check and adjustment has been carried out and the signer still does not receive an E-signing code, a ticket must be created with support by a person authorised to create Support tickets.
