In ISPnext, a product, category, contact, or other entity that is part of an information request can be marked with a status icon.
Below you will find the meaning of each icon.
New
This icon is used to indicate completely newly entered information.
Edited
This icon is used to indicate that existing data has been modified. This icon may also be displayed if no actual change has been made. This occurs if a change was started and later undone. The system still marks this as a change.
Deleted
This icon is used to mark data that the person who submitted the information request has marked for deletion. This deletion, just like additions and changes, will only be carried out upon approval of the information request.
