You can place all kinds of elements that you encounter in the VendorLink modules on a report on your dashboard. In addition, we also have a standard list of graphs that you can easily add to the report via the menu on the left. Read here for more about setting up a report.
In your VendorLink environment, you will see an icon next to each graph indicating whether it is a pie chart, bar chart, or line chart. You will also see SM, VM, or CM in each name (Spend Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management). This shows from which module the information in the graph originates.
In almost all cases, the data in the graph is based on the selected period in the period selector at the top, unless otherwise indicated in the name of the graph. If a graph shows no data, the required data is not present in the environment.
Some graphs can be edited; examples of settings include:
- Adjusting the number of displayed suppliers/cost centres, etc.
- Changing the colours used in the graph
- The graph type (pie, bar, line)
- Tile size
