Geo allows you to view your expenses on a geographical map. This is an interactive map; you can click on countries and regions to zoom in on data.
Analysing geographical spend
- Navigate to Spend > Geo.
- At the top of the page, select the map you wish to work with. For example, let’s take 'Europe', and let's zoom in on Germany.
- If you click on a country or continent, an overview appears on the right of the page. This overview contains information from suppliers, commodities, cost centres and products. It shows the suppliers that are located in this country/continent, in which commodities and cost centres this spend ends up and which products belong to it.
This way you can easily analyse your Spend on a geographic basis, and possibly plan follow-up actions.
