Step 6: Risk Analysis

Assigning risk and impact values per category in Vendors > Risk Analysis. The values themselves are set per category in Admin > Tables > Categories, and the Kraljic chart then shows the relationship between the two factors across all categories.

In Vendors' risk analysis, it is possible to assign values for risk and impact to a category. The Kraljic chart then displays the relationship between these two factors, based on all categories.

Setting up the risk analysis

1. Navigate to Vendors > Risk Analysis.
2. Under the heading 'Risk Analysis' you will see an overview containing all categories and values for Risk and Impact. You set these values per category in Admin > Tables > Categories.
3. Set values for risk and impact for each category, and check the Kraljic chart based on this input.
