This article is about logging into the Supplier Portal for the Supplier360 application within Source to Contract (S2C).
Suppliers receive an invitation via email and can log in using a username and password or without a password using an email code.
If you experience login issues, it may be that the email address is not authorised, or that the wrong login page has been used.
If you are part of multiple organisations within ISPnext, a pop-up will appear to select the correct organisation.

Supplier Portal (Supplier360)
As a supplier, you have received an email invitation for the Supplier Portal. There are two login methods.
Login methods:
- Log in with username and password.
- Log in without a password: enter your username (email address) and receive a code via email to log in.
If necessary, ask the inviting party which login page is correct for you.
Are you experiencing problems logging in?
- The email address you are using to log in is likely not authorised. Please contact your client.
- If the email address is authorised but you still cannot log in, check whether you are using the correct login page. Request this from the inviting party.
If you are a member of multiple organisations within ISPnext, you will receive a pop-up with a list of available organisations. Click on the organisation for which you wish to perform a task.
